I am Vincenzo Pallotta and I offer coaching on Lean Startup Project Management  to help startups and small companies to efficiently  develop their products/services and customers.

You might say: yet another coach; why should I be coached by this guy?

The answer is: because I am different. I am a researcher, a discoverer,  a challenger, a design thinker, with also a well-developed sense of aesthetics. 

A startup's goal is finding for a repeatable, scalable and profitable Business Model. You can only find it if you are ready to embrace a scientific research methodology: Startup is fundamentally a Search Process! At startup stage you don't need a Business Plan, you need instead a Business Model with all hypotheses validated by real data from the market (i.e. your customers). 

I can help you in:
  1. Designing a Business Model for your business idea.
  2. Bootstrapping and perform the Validated Learning process for your product/service and customer development by setting up the right metrics and supporting you in crucial decisions (e.g. setting priorities, key performance indicators, and pivoting).
  3. Tailoring an appropriate Project Management strategy, which would maximize efficiency and effectiveness of a go-to-the-market strategy.
  4. Stepping outside your "Reality Distortion Field" by "getting out of the building" in order to double check if your customers really want your product/service.

As Steve Blank says: "Startups are not just smaller version of larger companies". Startups are different. That's why you need a "different" coach. In that respect, I fully endorse the Customer Development Manifesto and the Lean Startup Model.
